The Unskilled labor market and its workforce have been experiencing significant difficulties in attracting local workers. Consequently, it had decreased productivity and increased financial burden. To resolve this lack of manpower problem, hiring illegal aliens is not the solution which rather brought an adverse effect on the US and its economy.
